On March 22nd  @Sakai.cooks brings a unique culinary experience blending Brazilian-Japanese heritage with global flavors. Inspired by a recent journey in Brazil and exotic ingredients from the Amazon, the menu features ingredients from the rainforest infused with Japanese techniques. 

This special event offers a celebration of culture, connection, and community—an unrepeatable night designed for shared experiences and nourishing conversations, all within the serene atmosphere of âme.

The reservation includes a 5 course meal and a welcome cocktail. A bespoke cocktail and wine menu will be available throughout evening for those who wish more, along with non-alcoholic beverages.

Time: Arrival between 6-6:30pm, we’ll aim to finish by 10pm.
